The 4th Annual Scrimmage & Holiday Party is an invitational for NorCal surf clubs in the Coalition of Surf Clubs (www.surfclubs.org). This includes Big Stick Surfing Association, Cold Water Surf Club, Santa Cruz Longboard Union, Pedro Point Surf Club, and West Wind Surf Club. Hosted by Cold Water. Awards dinner party with live band, contest photos and more.

Location:Manresa State Beach, Santa Cruz (final location dependent on wave conditions)
Format:Longboard
Divisions:Men & Women, from Menehunes 14 & under) to Grand Masters 60 & over
Fee:$30 includes awards dinner ticket. Extra dinner tickets: $10 pp.
Deadline:Register by Monday, December 1. No Beach Entries.

Hosted by the Doheny Surfing Association, this longboard & shortboard contest kicks off the competition season for the Coalition of Surf Clubs (www.surfclubs.org). A great series for beginning women competitors and the experienced. Win trophies & gear from Point Conception, WaterGirl and more. Earn points towards the U.S. Amateur Surfing Championships end of June, 2004. Call 949-369-6677 on the Friday evening before the contest to check heat times.

Format:Shortboard, longboard, bodyboard, paddleboard
Divisions:Age groups from Girls 12 & under to Masters 40 & over
Fees:$35 first division, $15 for additional for USSF members; $50 first division, $15 for additional for non-USSF members.
