On behalf of the NorCal Women's Surf Club, we'd like to thank everyone for coming to Pacifica and helping make our event a success on 9/13. It was a great showcase and celebration of Northern California women's
surfing!
As you know, the event drew over seventy contestants from Santa Cruz to Mendocino, whose ages ranged from 6 to 53 years old. We also had 75 surf clinic students taking lessons, an estimated 500-plus spectators in attendance, and 54
sponsors involved
And, it couldn't have been a more perfect day -- Linda Mar was bestowed with fine 3-5 foot waves, infectious aloha, and warm sunny weather.
We look forward to seeing you at the 2004 Surf Fest for another fun time.
